The Subtext Central Banner Contest
The theme for December is...
Freestyle X&G
That's right - anything goes (well, almost
). If you've been brewing on a great idea for a banner all year,
but we haven't had a theme it would fit into, now's your chance.
This will be the last contest with the 100 KB limit - in January, we'll be voting for the "Super Banner Of 2009",
and from February onwards, the limit will be 200 KB.

Entry Rules:
1. Each member can only enter a maximum of two banners per month.
2. The banners must be 700x250 pixels, with a file size no larger than 100 KB
3. Xena and Gabrielle should be the only persons pictured in the banners.
Pictures of Xena and Gabrielle from any timeline, time period or incarnation are allowed.
4. The title Subtext Central must appear somewhere in the banners, and must be clearly legible.
5. We welcome photo manipulations but please be sure they're appropriate for younger viewers.
If an entry is deemed offensive by the staff, we'll reject it.
6. Talking Xena Owner, Administrators, and Moderators are not eligible to enter this contest.
Forum hosts and hostesses are welcome to enter.
7. To enter, send a PM (Private Message) to MHRasmussen with the url where your banner can be found.
Entry Deadline is 4 PM Central European Time/10 AM US Eastern/7 AM US Pacific on Saturday, November 21st, 2009.
Voting:
1. Once the entry period is over, all of the banners will be posted in a new thread and the voting will start.
2. Each entry will be assigned a number and voting will be by number only - the entries will be anonymous.
The banner winning the month will be the only one where the artist's name is revealed.
3. Only one vote per TX member will be counted. New members must have at least 10 posts on Talking Xena before they are eligible to post their vote.
4. If there is only one entry submitted for the month, that entry will automatically be the banner of the month and there will be no vote that month.
