Residents of the Hibiscus Coast Village were given a private concert by New Zealand entertainer Ray Woolf. [...] "He was extremely popular and everyone enjoyed it. He is a very good entertainer, one of the most enjoyable entertainers in New Zealand." [...] Ray wasn't charging so they decided to ask for a gold coin donation to raise money for child cancer. They raised $300.
His resume lists a number of television appearances, including Xena, The Strip, Shortland Street and Orange Roughies. He also played a helmsman on the ship The Venture in Peter Jackson's King Kong.
