This KB limit and Pixel size thingy is giving me a headache. Am I over the limit if I use this new banner along with my old animated avatar? Enquiring minds
need to know.

I'm so glad ya like the avatar. That was my first animated gif...I can't let got of it. Well...mainly because I no longer have the software to edit
it. LOL.
The banner needs to be a little wider and taller, I think. With some color adjustment, and clarity, and all that such-n-such.

You can make the banner up to 49657kb to meet the under 300,000kb restriction. Right now your banner is 33347kb big. If you save it right you should be able to
go up to the size limit on banners which is 500x300 pixels.

Oh baby!
 Since you asked  ....I used to like a simple little latte. These days I need an extra strong
cappuccino with three shots of espresso. 
Get's my juices flowin'. 
I can't decide on this new sig. Wish I had more time to work on something better. I love yours, by the way. It's gorgeous.

The Visions and Dreams was done for me by TaladarkieJJ The Secrets and Glances was done for my by Aurora Goddess. I thought them up, and they put art to them. They are teh awesome.
And Aurora did my fire avatar too:
