The February 2009 Lucy Chat Banner Contest
Attention Lucy Lawless Fans! Design a Lucy Chat banner for
February and you could win a Banner of the Year prize at the end of the year.
February Theme of the Month:
Lucy's Big Heart 
Entry Rules:
1. Only 2 Lucy Chat banner entries per Talking Xena member per month.
2. Banner can be no bigger than 700x250 pixels and no smaller than 500x200 pixels with a
file size no larger than 100k bytes.
3. In keeping with the theme of the month, the banner must focus on Lucy's kind and caring
heart towards her charities, her fans and the world.
4. Lucy should be the only person
pictured in the Lucy Chat banners.
5. The title "Lucy Chat" (without quote marks) must appear somewhere in the banner.
6. Lucy Chat banners cannot contain any images from the XWP or HTLJ TV series.
7. Talking Xena Owner, Administrators, and Moderators are not eligible to enter this contest. Forum hosts and hostesses are welcome to enter.
8. To enter send a PM (Private Message) to Gabsfan with the url where your banner can be found.
Entry Deadline is Midnight Eastern Standard Time (Board Time) on Sunday Evening, January 18,
2009.
Voting:
1. Once the entry period is over all of the banners will be posted in a new thread and voting will start
and last until Midnight EST on Friday evening, January 30.
2. Each entry will be assigned a number and voting will be by number only.
3. Only one vote per TX member will be counted. New members must have at least 10 TX posts before they are
eligible to post their vote.
4. If there is only one entry submitted for the month, that entry will automatically be the banner of the month and there will be no vote that month.
Banner of the Month Prizes:
The banner earning the most votes will be displayed at the top of the Lucy Chat Forum for a month and will be entered into the 2009 Lucy
Chat Banner of the Year Contest in December.
Lucy Chat Banner of the Year Contest:
1. In December, TX members will vote for the best Lucy Chat banner of the year from among the TX member created banners that
were chosen to be displayed at the top of the forum each month during the year.
2. The creator of the 1st Place (Gold), 2nd Place (Silver) and 3rd
Place (Bronze) banners will receive a special Best Lucy Chat Banner award avatar designed by our
talented PMBPRO to be displayed under their handle name along with any personal avatar they may already have. In addition, award recipients will be granted
entrance into the TX Prize Vault to pick their Lucy Chat Banner of the Year prize from the
Renee, Lucy & XWP treasures inside.
3. Banner of the Year award recipients must supply their name and full mailing/shipping address so that their prize can be sent to them.
