The time and date will be 10am till 11:30, on Friday, May 2nd. The place will be at the convention hotel, the Hilton Metropole, in the hotel lobby. The Meet up will be hosted by Jackie <Xena2002>, with twinkletoes as co-host. They will be giving out name tags for those who want them, and some TX goodies like TX pens and magnets. Thank you, ladies! There will also be a smaller 'mini' meet up on Saturday, May 3rd, hosted by Jackie. The time will be 10:30 to 11:00, in the hotel lobby. Some people wont be getting in on time for the big meet up, and we don't want them to miss out on meeting their fellow TXers, and getting their TX goodies. To avoid confusion, Jackie will have a TX sign so everyone knows where to go. These meet ups are always a blast, and all are welcome and encouraged to attend. Lurkers and newbies, don't be shy about signing up. Everyone is very friendly and would love to meet you. Come join our family. You'll be glad you did. Well, conventions are not for sleep as you will soon find out. <g> Im pretty sure that you'll be on such a Xena high sleep will be the last thing on your mind. <g> Hi lorepoidoc, let's explain (we have still time) where and when the meet ups will take place As I posted above both meet ups will take place in the convention hotel lobby, the Hilton Metropole. The Friday meet up time is 10 am till 11:30 am. May 2nd. Jackie and twinkletoes will be hosting the meet up, and Jackie will have a sign that either says 'Talking Xena' or 'TX' so people know where to go. On Saturday, May 3rd, the meet up will be in the same place, the convention hotel lobby. This is a smaller meet up hosted by Jackie, and the time is 10:30 am till 11 am. Im very glad your going, and make sure you get some of the TX goodies the ladies will be passing out.
