Wow! So many hot ROC banners this month. I hope there weren't too many overheated monitors out there this month while you all were deciding which banner to give your vote.

Thank you to everyone who voted not only in the original voting thread but again in the tie-breaker thread. Without your votes, we wouldn't have a 1st Place banner to display in July.
