Have to join into this because fruit spreads, be they jam, jelly, preserves or marmalades are one of my favorite food groups. In fact, I often have to take the "no jelly" oath before I go to a farmer's market or speciality store or else I end up with a whole bag full to bring home.

I like jellies made with tropical fruits -- mango, papaya, guava. I used to buy GOYA brand at a liquor store in Ann Arbor (go figure, it makes not sense) but they no longer carry them. Loved them because they were very tasty and not very expensive. Kern's Farms at the A2 Farmer's Market has a wide variety of fruit spreads and since you get a discount the more you buy, I often try a lot of different flavors.

Friends often give me spreads for gifts. Have to check Hot Pepper Jelly because sometimes it is made with green peppers which don't digest well.

Right now in my refrigerator I have sour cherry preserves (gift), mango lemon jelly (Kern's), yellow tomato jelly (Columbus Farmer's Market) and something called Autumberry Jam (East Lansing FM) which is high in nutrition but a bit to intense for me. I eat peanutbutter and jelly (jam or preserves) on toast almost every day for lunch. Except this week, when I eat watercress sandwiches.
