I've watched a few eps of 'Bones' and I've really enjoyed what I've seen.
I like the dynamic/chemistry between the two leads...once I got used to seeing David Boreanaz walking around in the sunlight of course! ![]() "A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step" ~ Lao Tzu |

I thought about watching 'Bones'(S1) and then missed the first ep and then others, but sort of caught the show more in the second half say, and liked it, may even think of the dvd to know the whole S1 in fact.
S2 starts here this week, will this time round try to catch it of a week, but then again there is aways taping isn't there .Definitely looking forward to the S2 though. And your right about DB in a different show, sort of watched Angel, enough to know the show and who were in it and what it was about mostly. ![]() |

I remember watching the first ep of series 1 with only 'half an eye', thinking "do we really need another CSI type programme?", but I've since watched eps all the way through and found it to be really quite fascinating.
I'm not sure which series is airing here at the moment, could be series 2, but not sure. I have noticed some Buffy/Angel alumni appearing in eps though which was fun to watch, such as the Mayor from Buffy season 3. ![]() "A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step" ~ Lao Tzu |

I know what you mean by yet another CSItype show, or just another show to watch really, but Bones has an interesting feel to it, and I like the cast pretty well all up, that is always a plus too, Bones herself makes for a interesting character.

Quote: Yeah, for sure. Quote: Very much so. I like the way she 'blinds' people with scientific talk and DB's character has to 'translate' into regular English for them to understand. That's funny and part of the dynamic I enjoy. ![]() "A journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step" ~ Lao Tzu |

Yeah, in a way it is not a csitype, it has really created it's own unique self. And I like that they haven't, well in what I have seen so far made them a couple, but just too very strong leads, of course they are aware of the other, but not matching them up, well as yet anyway. I like that the show has a strong female lead, not the show will have a couple in it.

I like this show. I think they lucked out with the perfect cast ensemble. Each of the supporting cast is as memorable, or moreso, than the two leads.
This coming from someone who generally does not like the shock value, push-the-envelope, blood and gore tv fare that passes for entertainment these days. |

The show has been back on now for 2wks this year, so far just taped them, but by checking out online guides, seems they didn't kick off this year with S2, but the last 2 eps of S1.
So S2 should be this week, I have a little ep catching up to do, but I can say I'll be interested to see if S2 goes in any new directions or the show sticks to what S1 was like. Either way, definitely a good show though ![]() |

I love Bones! there's lot of action and funny scenes - just like in The X Files.
I found that show great when I was sick (3 weeks ago - stomach flu). I remember I was lying in bed with huge fever and watching TV. I found Bones in Polsat. it was aaa... 1x02 and I found it funny so I started watching this show

I watch Bones regularly. It's fascinating. The series, Bones, was inspired by real-life forensic anthropologist and novelist Kathy Reichs. Great show.

I've watched some of the episodes and I found myself liking it. I definatly like the character of Bones.. She's funny, has some arrogance and is very
smart. I think the series is very interesting and I'm hoping to see more episodes

I watch it and I LOVE it...love all the characters at the Jeffersonian plus Booth, of course. I read the Kathy Reichs novels that it's based on...which are
in turn based on Kathy's own career. I LOVE the way that Kathy Reichs is Tempe's own fictional character in the series
Can't wait for more...
Without Gabrielle there would be NO Xena ![]() ![]()

If the situation as reported in this season's finale holds true, then not only will the previous series be poisoned from a viewing fan's standpoint,
but the premise of the show will be fatally damaged...the entire file of cases that used the Jeffersonian's expertise since the beginning of the series
would be seen as tainted (what with having employed a murderer who had tampered with evidence on outside instructions), and in consequence U.S. Government law
enforcment agencies (e.g. the FBI as represented by Agent Booth) would avoid future dealings with the Jeffersonian like the plague.
Dumb, very dumb move. Batrochides |

I liked the season finale. it was a little bit shocking, but I have to say that Zack was irritating me lastly. esp after he came back from Iraq.
I read Deja Dead and Death Du Jour. I'm going to read next parts as soon as I'll get Deadly Decisions and Fatal Voyage |
