I almost was able to get the money together...but it didn't happen...someday maybe I'll make one...a girl can only hope...lol.

I do hope everyone has a great time and safe travels...don't forget to post pics as sooon as possible...the rest of us are on the edge of our seats wanting to see and hear whats happening.

I'll try to make it for at least of the meet ups but things keep on changing. I'm currently waiting at the airport for my flight to leave. I'm so glad my flight was yesterday due otherwise it would have been canceled due to the ice storm we had.

I will be there in spirit. Does that count? For two years I have attempted to go to the meet up and this year more than ever if I could come up with gas money and a place to stay with my dogs, I'd drive up just to meet my fellow TX'ers and visit with them between convention events. Please post updates! I want to hear all about the meet ups.

Okay con goers, the Saturday meet up has been changed. The new time is 9 to 10....its posted in the opening post here.

There will also be a shorter meet up on Saturday, January 31st. The time will be 10:30 to 11:30, in the hotel lobby

Maybe it should be a bit earlier, for as con schedule shows:
"Saturday, January 31, 2009
10 am to 4:00 pm: Theatre Open with guests & events(...)"
