can't sign up

a friend of mine has a problem, i'll just copy her message to me saying what's the problem:

i can't sign-up. no matter what i try it keeps telling me the name is already registered. but when i search ezboards (or whatever it's called) the name(s) i want aren't taken. so there's some glitch with it. steve even tried signing up with some made-up name that no one would take and it still says it's taken. but when you hit the...

Admins, do you know if Yuku had a glitch/hiccup after the scheduled maintenance earlier today?

I saw that Yuku gave us a warning for yesterday morning (CET) and again today, so I was aware problems might occur, but from 11:15 to 11:45 am CET (which I guess is 5:15-5:45 am Eastern, 2:15-2:45 am Pacific) TX was completely gone. I checked XOC and the profiles and they were inaccessible too, however Yuku Support was still up.

It wasn't a big deal, but I was just wondering...

How can I make comments apear on my profile page?

I saw that most people have comments on their profile pages but I don't. If someone wants to write a comment it wil not apear on my page but some other place where only I can see it or so it seems, not sure. So how can I make those apear on my page, like in YouTube kinda thing, you know? The other thing is that I can't post a video there too, like I put the code that wants then cklick to post it but nothing happens it's not there, what I am doing...

Perhaps I am mildly retarded, but I see threads that have kudos on them, and I can't seem to find how to give a thread a kudo myself. Anyone know how this works?

On the photo thread I am having a very random problem. At first I posted some photos that showed up on my preview but then when I looked at them I could not see them on the thread but others were seeing the photos and responding to them. Earlier tonight I looked at the thread and saw a pic of Toa's tigers. I backed out of the thread and came back in later and suddenly I can't see Toa's tigers. I also can't see the pic of my dog but Andy can see and then Starwalker put up...

Adjusting the font (size)

The tabs to adjust the font look the same as they were at ezboard. But when I check them, it doesn't "take". It lets me click on what I want but it doesn't alter the text at all.

Hello,

I migrated over from Ezboard's Talking Xena using my old user name and password. I've just changed my password (I had to do this for security reasons--I lost a backup copy containing all my passwords, etc) and would like to change my user name but can't find out how to in Yuku's support or help pages. An old Ezboard help topic mentioned deleting your account and setting up a new one but I can't find out how in Yuku's support pages--in fact the topic...

Problems with the emoticons. When you try to put one in the text, sometimes they work ok, the rest of the time they go back to the beginning of the post. I started a subtext story, I'd say at least a third of those I used didn't work right.

Are we allowed to post a message with a link to a web page? As in, I have a personal web page filled with Lucy, Renee, XWP wallpapers. Can we post a message sharing the site location with the members of the board?

If so, which board would it get posted on.
