Hey all! I'm an avid Xena and Hercules fan and a total mythology freak! I just wanted to share a project with you that I created/wrote/produced/acted in called O-Cast! O-Cast is a mockumentary-style web-series created by the twelve Olympian gods of Greek mythology to broadcast their new lives as 20-something New Yorkers living in one apartment. Last night my husband was watching the golf channel and there was Kevin Sorbo on a show about golf lessons. He was playing with a former UNLV golf All-American in Henderson Nevada. When the pro gave him advice on his drive, he was a quick learn and increased his distance about 30 yards. Though he complained about his short game, he was doing very well that day and got two birdies while I watched. The pro kept calling his Hercules and the bantor between them was quite fun.

GREEK GODS ON HISTORY CHANNEL

The last two weeks I've watched a show on Monday nights about Greek gods. The first week they had Zeus and last week they had Hercules. Thought it was quite interesting. Proported to tell the "real story" and spent most of the time on the labors. Thought it was interesting how little specks of the story turned up in different places on H:TLJ. There was even a suggestion that Hercules was a real man.

I haven't watched my Hercules DVD's in a long time, but the other night I was watching the movie Robin Hood (the Errol Flynn version which I like a lot) and there was this scene with the Bishop's (Archbishop?) processional.
